Computer Resources and Training, Inc. was established in 1988 in Waynesville North Carolina. That same year we began a relationship with Kurzweil Computer Products for the purpose of exhibiting and selling the Kurzweil Personal Reader. Today we continue to represent Kurzweil products and a select number of other companies who have developed some of the world's most innovative reading products for the blind and visually impaired.
We represent Kurzweil Educational Systems' Kurzweil 1000 software and Kurzweil Technologies' K-NFB Reader in the Carolinas, Georgia and Tennessee. Other notable technologies represented include the OMNI talking barcode reader/identifier and ZoomText magnification software.
Our markets include individuals of all ages with low vision/blindness, persons with reading/learning difficulties, private and public organizations for the blind, rehabilitation agencies, educational institutions and senior citizens. |
